Taiwanese Church Planters

The Taiwan Baptist Convention is a light to the nations with church planting and missionary sending goals but with hundreds of Taiwanese pastors set to retire in the next 10 years, who will go? Answering the call, 1-2-3 Next Generation is a 2-year leadership development program in partnership with New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Laying a biblical foundation, participants attend several 3-day courses each quarter. They are mentored in hands-on ministry. After graduating they join a church planting team, become a pastoral intern, or apply for cross-cultural missions. Pray for these students and that the light will continue to shine bright from Taiwan.
